AGC AUG AUG AUU CCG AAC UUG CGU UCG UGG CGG ACA UCA AGC UAU UGG AGU UAC GGC UAU Tooth start start Students study anthropology to learn about the adapt(ed) skull and tooth of the ape from like of i realized that i mad a typo when doing this and the last "UAC" was supposed to be "UAG". also the two start codons where not supposed to be there.
Good decode, and other than the "mutations", then good attempt on the code.
The double start codon doesn't cause a problem because it just reads another start codon after that, but the mutation in the stop codon does cause the sentence to "run on" past where you wanted it to end.
Here is my decode for reference:
DNA: TCGTACTACTAAGGCTTGAACGCAAGCACCGCCTGTAGTTCGATAACCTCAATGCCGATA RNA: AGCAUGAUGAUUCCGAACUUGCGUUCGUGGCGGACAUCAAGCUAUUGGAGUUACGGCUAU Break down: AUG AUU CCG AAC UUG CGU UCG UGG CGG ACA UCA AGC UAU UGG AGU UAC GGC UAU (start) Students study anthropology to learn about the adapt(ed) skull and teeth of the ape (from like of)
You have 2 start codons and no stop codon
ReplyDeleteI got
